Be Well … Move Your Body

Moving your body on a regular basis can prevent your immune system from declining and prevent you from all sorts of diseases. Try finding something that you might enjoy, like yoga, running, Barre, Pilates, or even just brisk walking. The best exercise for you is the one that you will do every day. There are many benefits from exercising that can drastically improve the quality of your life.

  • Promotes better sleep

    Try to commit to at least twenty minutes a day and see how you feel. Doing a combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic exercise, such as walking, running and swimming, will keep you feeling satisfied and not bored. I know that when I do yoga in the morning, my day unfolds beautifully and things that might bother me, don’t.

    I strive to become leaner as I get older because I really don’t want to spend my time visiting the doctor. It is also smart to incorporate weight training into your routine to keep your bones healthy and strong. If losing weight is your goal, amp up your workout so you can burn more calories.
